When will my order ship?

Our products typically ship within 3-5 days after you've placed your order.

Will I receive an email with my order details?

Yes, we will send you an email as soon as your order is placed, summarizing all the relevant details.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you've placed an order, we'll process and ship it to your address. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for a full refund.

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customers' satisfaction, so if you have any issues with our products, we'll gladly offer a full refund.

Please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging with all accessories, and with a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We only accept cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method at RoaelMart. We understand the value of providing multiple payment options to our customers, but at this time, COD is the only payment method we are able to accept.

Are there any additional fees?

No, we don't charge any handling or processing fees.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within the country.

Who ships my package?

We work with reliable courier services to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address. In such cases, U may need to wait for the package to be returned to us and then we can reship it to the updated address.
